Chamara saw a 75 yo female with severe epigastric pain radiating to the back between her shoulder blades. She was hypertensive with a tender epigastrium. He did ED US for ?AAA. This is what he found:

Because of this US, this patient had expedited BP control, surgical consult CT and transfer to theatre. Well done Chamara!
